- We will give you an honest appraisal of your CV and whether it is displaying you as positively as possible. Where we feel it necessary we will advise you on how to improve the content and presentation of your CV.
- We will be realistic when offering you guidance on the type of role you can expect to achieve and the associated remuneration package.
- We will make you aware of all the recruiting clients that may be of interest to you, and those that we feel it may be worth alerting of your decision to change roles (not all clients advertise roles).
- We will engage with the client to make them aware of your interest, submit your CV to the relevant decision maker and follow up to ensure we get full feedback on your application.
- We will provide you with the full details of any interview including the exact location and identities of those interviewing you.
- We will ensure you are fully prepared for interview and offer advice and guidance on how best to prepare and conduct yourself during the process.
- Following your interview we will ensure we gain full feedback on your performance, passing on advice for how best to improve should you not be successful and what made you stand out should you get the post.
