Compliance

As part of the Employment Agencies Act of 2004 and also to ensure best practice, Sydney Charles Consultants obtain the following information from all candidates:

  • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK be this a valid passport, birth certificate and/or Visa
  • Confirmation of qualifications and/or professional memberships
  • Two references (generally professional but character where necessary)

Environment/Waste

By recruiting in the Environmental Industry Sydney Charles and its Consultants have gained important knowledge on how to ensure they are as environmentally friendly and sustainable as possible and enjoy acting accordingly. Our environmental policy is such that we aim to reduce our environmental impact as much as possible. This is done by monitoring all company processes and procedures to keep levels of waste created from our operations to a minimum as well as recycling where possible.

Resource Efficiency

Sydney Charles keep resource use to a minimum and therefore monitor use of core resources such as paper, packaging and energy regularly. We ensure that these are kept to a minimum without compromising business activity.
